A Brow Tint (15 ml) and a Brow Developer (15 ml) that are easy to use. Clean the eyebrows, apply the tint followed by the developer, let it sit for 5–10 minutes, and then remove with a damp cotton pad.
Ingredients Brow Tint: Aqua (Water), Alcohol (Ethyl Alcohol), Cetearyl Alcohol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Ethoxydiglycol, Citric Acid, Sodium Sulfite, HC Blue No. 15. Ingredients Brow Developer: Aqua (Water), Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ceteareth-20, Glycerin, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Tetrahydroxypropyl Ethylenediamine.
