What is XL Hairbooster?
XL Hair consists of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, growth factors (FGF) and a biorevitalisation complex. Together, these substances nourish hair follicles that lack sufficient nutrients and reactivate them. This addresses thinning hair, resulting in thicker, stronger hair.
How does it differ from other treatments?
To perform the XL Hair treatment, hair follicles must be present in the scalp. The nutrients and growth factors are injected directly into the follicles. This treatment cannot be performed on areas where hair has completely disappeared — a hair transplant is needed for that.
Combination with other treatments
The XL Hair treatment can be excellently combined with PRP treatment for an even more powerful effect on hair growth. PRP contains growth factors from your own blood that enhance regeneration. Microneedling of the scalp can also improve nutrient absorption and stimulate hair growth.
Who is it suitable for?

How does it work?
Step 1: Consultation and scalp analysis
Our specialist analyses your scalp and hair condition to create the right treatment plan. We discuss your hair loss, medical history and expectations.
Step 2: Preparation
The scalp is cleansed and disinfected. The XL Hair serum — consisting of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and growth factors — is prepared in the modern U225 gun.
Step 3: Injection treatment
The treatment is performed using the U225 gun — a fully automatic device powered by pneumatic pressure. The U225 is very stable, resulting in fewer vibrations during injection and virtually no pain. The serum is injected directly into the scalp.
Step 4: Treatment schedule and aftercare
The treatment schedule is 6 sessions over 8 weeks for men and 8 sessions over 12 weeks for women. The first 4 treatments take place weekly, then once every 2 weeks. For long-lasting results, the treatment should be repeated periodically. For maximum results, combine with Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) and the Revitalix XL Hair shampoo.

Multiple small injections are distributed across the scalp using the U225 gun. The device works with pneumatic pressure, resulting in fewer vibrations and virtually no pain. The treatment takes 30-45 minutes. Light pricks are noticeable but well tolerated.
After treatment
Avoid washing your hair for 24 hours after treatment. Slight scalp sensitivity is normal and subsides quickly. You can resume normal activities immediately. Periodic repetition is recommended for long-lasting results.
